Warranty

The Seller warrants its p roducts to be free from defects in materials and workmanship un der normal use for a period

of one year (except as indicated otherwise). Except as specifically stated herein, all expre ss or implie d warranties

whatsoe ver, statutory or otherwise, inclu ding witho ut limitation, any impl ied war ranty of merchan tability and fitness

for a particular purpose, are expr essly exclu ded. B ecause Sell er does not insta ll or connect th e produ cts and

because the products ma y be used in conju nctio n with p roducts no t ma nufactured by Seller, Seller cannot

guarantee the performance of the security system. Seller obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly

limi ted to repairing or replaci ng, at S eller's option, any product not me eting the spe cifications. In no event shal l the

Seller b e l iable to the buyer or an y other person for any l oss or da mages whether direct or indirect or consequen tial

or in cidental, in cluding without limita tion, an y damages for lost profits, stolen g oods, o r claims by any other party

cause d by d efective goods o r o th erwise arising from the improp er, incorr ect or otherwise faulty installation or use of

the merchandise sold .
